Established over 20 years ago, Homeland Neighborhood Management brings together more than a century of combined experience in residential Homeowner Association Management. Our leadership team is unmatched in the industry—comprised of CPAs, attorneys, licensed real estate professionals, CAI-certified professionals, and seasoned on-site property management specialists.

We perform all accounting functions, including monthly financial reports. Our services include regular covenant enforcement inspections to keep your association looking great.

In a Nutshell: What We Provide for HOA Boards and Communities


(Services may vary based on each community’s needs and requests)

​

Financial Management 

 (included in each service option)​

  • Enforce collection policies for assessments

  • Maintain homeowner accounts

  • Process vendor invoices for payment with Board approval (with copies of all invoices)

  • Maintain Reserve and Operating bank accounts

  • Assist Boards in preparing annual budgets

  • Prepare annual tax filings and coordinate external audits

  • Provide detailed monthly financial reports to the Board by the 15th of each month

Board & Administrative Support

  • Manage correspondence between homeowners, Boards, contractors, and officials

  • Attend annual and periodic Board meetings

  • Distribute community mailings as provided

  • Prepare resale certificates and required documents

  • Assist in designing and implementing new Association policies

  • Work with developers during buildout to ensure smooth transition to a homeowner-run Board

Vendor & Project Management

  • Provide vetted vendor and contractor referrals

  • Generate proposals and secure service agreements

  • Oversee contracts and major projects to ensure work is performed as agreed

  • Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance

​

Covenant & Compliance Oversight

  • Perform regular inspections to ensure covenant compliance

  • Track and follow up on violation corrections

  • Process Architectural change requests and serve as liaison between owners and the Board

​

Community Service & Communication

  • Deliver superior customer service and professional management expertise

  • Ensure direct homeowner access via phone, email, or online portal

  • Work closely with Board liaisons to support informed decisions and responsive action
